An oversized, adjustable pad that rests comfortably over the user’s hips, ensures proper positioning for a safe and stable workout - eliminating dangerous hacks employed by some gym members for this exercise. Sealed ball-bearing pivots provide a smooth and quiet motion for users on this unique machine.
