"VERY SMOOTH AND BIOMECHANICAALY EFFICIENT" by B-Mac on 04/18/2016

This unit is smooth, keeps your joints linear (meaning more muscle fiber activation), and it forces you to not arch your back (no cheating and less back pain). Overall it has been a great machine so far!

great piece by Hoist, I used it all the time at my 24 Hour Fitness. Finally bought one for my home and love it! Best decision I made in 2015!

"ASSEMBLY" by Kim on 12/14/2015

Oops I forgot the rating on the last post! For assembly I would give it a 4 only because the numbers on all the parts and pulleys were incorrect. As I said I haven't used it yet but will post when I do!!! 😊

"ASSEMBLY" by Kim on 12/14/2015

My husband and I assembled this entire system together. After reading multiple reviews of the horrors of assembling other home gyms, I was prepared for a frustrating experience. The guy who sold this to us said the main gym and this piece would take him four hours. Currently we are about 90% done with assembly of both. It has taken approximately 8 hours at least to build this far. That said, I am very pleased with the manuals and directions. The only drawback was the large pieces (anything made of metal) were are numbered incorrectly on the packaging, but they are pretty easy to figure out if you compare it to the diagram. The nuts, bolts, and tiny pieces were all labeled exceptionally well! That was a relief!! The pulleys were the most challenging part in the main system because none were labeled, so take your time and really analyze the drawings. I actually wrote the number of the pulley they referred to on the first sheet where they were all shown as a finished product. That was how I could figure out which pulley they meant. Just take your time and if you get exhausted take a break. Also I would recommend having one person in charge of directions and pulling out pieces and bolts while the other assembles and tightens. That's how we did it and it worked fairly smoothly as I am more detail orientated and my husband is more into assembly. It IS a two person job for safety and reduction of frustration if one holds the large equipment while the other tightens the bolts. All in all I would say it was a very good experience compared to what I had expected. It IS a beautiful machine and I can't wait to finish the final assembly so I can use it!! 😀
