The Mark is an impressive 33-story glass and metal tower located in East Village, downtown San Diego’s largest urban neighborhood. The $160 million luxury condo development was completed in June 2007 and is now the new highlight of the East Village skyline. The Mark’s urban residences include 233 condominiums, 11 town homes, 422 underground parking spaces and 8,000 square feet of retail space. Architecturally engaging and sophisticated, The Mark was designed with European cabinets, granite countertops, ceramic entries and top-floor penthouses. Most residences at The Mark feature incredible views across downtown, the San Diego Bay and Petco ballpark. Not surprisingly, you’ll also find floor to ceiling windows to create a vast field of view.

The resort-like amenities include a lap style pool with contemporary cabanas and community areas, hydrotherapy pool, grilling areas, a conference room for meetings, and a private interior street called “The Mark Lane”, which provides a convenient drop off at the lobby entry.
