HOIST Fitness Systems, a leading manufacturer in fitness strength equipment, has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Drafter/ Space Planner who possesses a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques, as well as expertise in fitness equipment configurations. This position supports the engineering and sales departments in the configuration of new and existing products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Sales Department with custom fitness equipment configurations
  • Create accurate technical drawings and models of fitness equipment, as well as provide guidance and support in configuring fitness equipment layouts for the sales department as well as clients
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the feasibility and functionality of the equipment designs
  • Utilize software tools and other resources to create 2D or 3D layouts of fitness equipment within given spaces
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment designs and configurations
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Product Support, and Purchasing to ensure smooth project execution
  • Create manuals utilizing SolidWorks & SolidWorks Composer
  • Document control internally and with outside manufacturers
  • Revise and update drawings in Solidworks based on feedback and design changes

Qualifications include:

  • AA degree or equivalent in drafting, engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Solidworks (Configurations and Explosions A MUST, Solidworks PDM preferred)
  • SolidWorks Composer experience a plus
  • ECDesign experience is a plus
  • Ability to read, produce and edit engineering drawings when required
  • Strong ability to visualize how things are assembled
  • Solid general computer skills a must with an emphasis on Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong ability to communicate and ask questions!
  • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail!
  • Adobe Illustrator a Plus

HOIST Fitness Systems, a leading manufacturer of fitness strength equipment, is seeking to hire full-time Commercial Direct Sales Representatives. The individuals in these roles will report to the Director of Commercial Sales, North America. They will be responsible for developing sales of the Company’s products in various designated markets and/or geographic territories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Must be completely knowledgeable regarding the Company’s products as well as the products and companies that compete with the Company.
  • Must be technically competent in preparing layouts using Ecdesign software.
  • Prepare all proposals in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Company.
  • Visit every installation of products you sell on the day of the installation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Keep manager informed of your sales progress and pipeline.
  • Communicate to your manager all product development ideas.
  • Communicate to your manager any significant customer service issue that arises.
  • Communicate to your manager any significant product performance issues that arise.
  • Follow up on all past due receivables for your customers.
  • Travel is a minimum of 60%
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative. This position will support the Company's Outside Sales Representatives as well as dealers and customers for all fitness equipment sales and shipping issues. This is an administrative position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Process sales orders.
  • Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with dealers.
  • Follow up on all placed orders.
  • Respond immediately to customer requests and orders.
  • Coordinate equipment shipments with the Logistics department.
  • Maintain communication with other departments.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all changes and developments of fitness equipment.
  • Keep management informed of dealer/customer issues.
  • Maintain dealer/customer database.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
