We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to enhance our supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.

• Create Bill of Ladings, schedule shipments and manage transportation logistics for on-time deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.

• Manage International Commercial Invoices.

• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.

• Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent shortages.

• Analyze shipping and delivery processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the warehousing team to ensure smooth receiving and shipping operations.

• Provide customer service support by addressing logistics-related inquiries and issues.

• Assist with cost analysis and budgeting for logistics operations.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of export regulations and procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

• Experience with computerized distribution systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.

• Experience with ERP software: Great Plains

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of freight and shipping regulations is a plus.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
