How Do I Use This Machine?


  1. Sit and place legs over roller pad, align knees with RED PIVOT POINT.
  2. ADJUST upper shin pad and backpad if necessary.
  3. Grasp handles, pull legs down slowly. EXERCISE.
  4. Slowly return to the start position.


  1. Your seat is designed to move as you exercise.
  2. Keep feet on footrests and hands on handles at all times.
  3. Do not enter or exit the machine unless it is stationary.
