How Do I Use This Machine?

Instructions:

  1. Laying face down on pads, adjust exercise arm so legs are not hyper-extended.
  2. Position knees aligned with RED PIVOT POINT and ankles under rolling pads. 
  3. Grasp handles and curl legs by bending at the knee. EXERCISE.
  4. Slowly return to start position. 

Caution:

  1. Keep your body on the pads and hands on handles at all times. 
  2. Your support pads are designed to move as you exercise.
  3. Your upper torso will dip downward as your legs are curled upward. 
  4. Do not enter or exit the machine unless it is stationary.
